Congratulations to Vinuda
Congratulations to CHS student Vinuda!
Over the weekend won the tournament he was playing in and moved from 4th National to current British National U20 leader.
Vin is very much on his way to becoming a Grandmaster and has dreams of playing internationally.
Grandmaster (GM) is a title awarded to chess players by the world chess organisation FIDE. Apart from World Champion, Grandmaster is the highest title a chess player can attain. Once achieved, the title is held for life.
