Year 7 football

Our Year 7 boys completed another 2 league fixtures and worked well to maintain their 100% record.

The first game was against a well organised Bourne side. We started brightly and created a number of good opportunities however it was the visitors who took an unexpected lead. The team spirit and attitude of our lads was superb and they came together to take
control of the game eventually winning 3 – 1, with goals from Alfie Cullum Charles and Terriq Osman with 2.

The second game against Midhurst Rother College was more of the same and CHS ran out comfortable 6 – 2 winners with goals from Freddie Phillips 2, Jack Hinshelwood 2, Jack Newton and Dylan Murray. It was fantastic to see so many keen year 7s turn up for these games and it was all the more pleasing to be able to give a game to all of them. The most impressive thing was that they all did really well, which shows a real depth of talent amongst this group.

Three league games to go plus a County Cup Final. Well done lads.
