Black History Month 2020
Black History Month celebrates the culture, history and achievement of Britain’s African and Caribbean communities.
We’d like students to help us raise awareness of this by creating a poster that shows what Black History Month is and why it is celebrated.
Please send all posters to Mrs Procter (email@example.com)
At Chichester High School, we have been reflecting on how we address diversity within our curriculum and how we continue to foster a reflective and inclusive community.
Our ultimate goal is to have Black History, along with all histories, interwoven into our curriculum all year round. When achieved, it will ensure there are no forgotten voices.
Only then can real community cohesion exist within the school and society as a whole.
