Year 12 - UCAS Higher Education event at Winchester University

Our Year 12 students visit the UCAS (Hampshire) Higher Education event at Winchester University.

 

On Thursday 2nd May our CHS Year 12 students attended the UCAS Higher Education (Hampshire) exhibition held at Winchester University.  

The event today, welcomed over 130 universities, higher education institutions and non HE/FE providers to showcase their establishments.

These events allow our students to talk to representatives of the universities they are considering attending, collect information (lots of books/bags and goodies!) and talk to admission tutors. 

Students can also attend a range of talks on applying  to University through UCAS, student finance, creative careers, student life, careers in sport, careers in business, applying to Oxbridge and apprenticeships.

The sessions are always well attended  and help our students to start talking, thinking and planning their future post their A levels or gap years.
