The West Sussex Youth Cabinet are offering a series of webinars for their Political Engagement campaign.

Webinar 1 – Political Understanding

Politics can be daunting and a hard thing to navigate on your own.

The Youth Cabinet are here to give you the building blocks to understanding.

The evening will feature a presentation from two of our young people, followed by a speech and Q&A with guest speaker MP Tim Loughton who‘s been in the political game a long time – this webinar is ideal for those aged 11-18.

Date and time: 23 February 2021 – 6.00pm to 7.15pm – Sign Up Here

In just an hour, our webinar will help you to familiarise yourself with the foundations of politics, which is the key to understanding the bigger picture.

We are also lucky enough to have a guest speaker who lives and breathes politics – Peter Lamb – and knows a thing or two on the topic at hand.

Ever had a lot to say, but no idea quite how to put it?

We will have a presentation on the best ways of sharing and how to have a good debate.

There will be special guest speaker Jacquie Russell, talking about their role in the wonderful world of politics and there will be an opportunity to ask them any questions you might have!
